The Your Birth Project Store does not offer a refund or an exchange for change of mind, please select your purchase with this consideration.

If your goods are damaged or faulty please make contact within 5 days of receiving the goods, as you will be offered an exchange or a refund you will need to organise this with Jordyn directly jordyn@yourbirthproject.com following this we will liaise with the company involved if your items are faulty, to ensure a replacement item is sent to you.
